Hanna CRM system has been updated with new functions. Email module has been supplemented with a new feature that allows you to create an opportunity directly from e-mail. Another new functionality enables to automatically assign tickets to the contact according to the domain of the contact mailbox. One more feature is the possibility for system administrators to not fill in the required custom fields.
Creating an Opportunity from Email module
Hanna CRM has been improved with new function – possibility to create Opportunity from Email module. This functionality will allow you to prepare commercial offers to leads and contacts faster and more efficiently.
Assigning support tickets to a contact by using contact mailbox domain address
Hanna CRM has added another improvement – assigning support tickets to contact based on the contact’s mailbox domain address. This feature will save you time when assigning support tickets, Hanna CRM system will do the work for you!
System administrators are allowed not to fill in the required custom fields
Another useful feature has been added to Hanna CRM system – system administrators are allowed not to fill in the required custom fields. With this feature you can set who needs to fill in the required custom fields – unconditionally everyone or everyone excluding the system administrators.
