Hanna CRM system has been improved with function – the ability to create potential customers directly from e-mail or message content using template variables. Functionality that allows you to create potential customers from email with using just one click of a button the system fills out a client creation form. Also automated creation of potential customers from content of the email, using the template variables, as soon as the email is sent, the system automatically creates a potential customer with the information provided by email in the message.

Hide goods with zero balance when forming sales documents

Hanna CRM system was recently updates with a new feature – the possibility to hide goods with zero balance when forming sales documents. This functionality will allow you to see only the most necessary items that you have left in your goods balance information.

Hanna CRM system has been improved with new option – an additional image in the invoice.With the help of this functionality, you will be able to generate invoices by specifying your company stamp or certificate mark.
