Hanna CRM system has been updated with new features: the possibility to generate invoices in the selected currency; synchronization of contacts and leads addresses with the postit.lt system; display of the invoice debt balance in the contact profile and the possibility to create two or more invoices and pre-invoices for commercial offer.

Create invoices in the selected currency

Hanna CRM has added a new function – now system can generate invoices based on the currency of foreign customers. Use this functionality to generate invoices in the currency of your choice – currency rate will be updated at the rate of the selected date. The created invoices will become more convenient for foreign customers and companies.

Integration of contacts and leads addresses with postit.lt system

Hanna CRM has added another improvement – a convenient address integration with the Postit system. With this feature the system will quickly and conveniently fill in the contacts information with the address, city, country and post code. Create contacts in the system quickly, accurately and conveniently.

Debit display of unpaid invoices in the contact view

Hanna CRM system has been updated with additional field on the contact profile  – Debt balance. With this functionality, you will save time by calculating the total amount of unpaid bills for the contact. The system will display this directly on the contact profile form.

Possibility to create two or more invoices for commercial offers

Another useful feature has been added to Hanna CRM system – ability to create two or more invoices and pre-invoices for commercial offer. You will see all generated invoices in one place related to your proposal, so you can easily and efficiently prepare offers for customers and track sales.
