Ability to merge and sign uploaded documents

In the Hanna system, the Contracts and Documents module has been improved with a new feature – the ability to sign uploaded documents. This feature will allow you to merge documents and sign them with an electronic signature.

Commercial offer option that allows you to show the total amount with VAT

The Commercial Offer module has been supplemented with a new option – Show only total amount in PDF. With the help of this functionality, you will be able to send commercial offers to customers that show only the total offer amount with VAT.

Possibility to connect Not system users with Rivile

Rivile integration has been supplemented with new functionality – connect Not system users with Rivile. With this functionality, you can connect invoices to employees in Rivile, which will not require license fees. This feature will provide you with additional flexibility and convenience when using Rivile integration.
