Hanna system has been updated with new functions: ability to import invoice items price level groups, feature that allows to create support departments text templates, functionality to leave comments on uploaded files and the functionality that display overpaid invoices payments.

Invoice items price level groups import

The Invoice items module has been improved with a new feature that allows you to import invoice items price level groups. With the help of this functionality you will be able to assign data to the items massively.

Support departments text templates

Hanna has added a new function – the ability to create text template for an automatic response to a new ticket. This new function allows to indicate an automatic response to the ticket, which will be sent when new ticket creates in the system. Text templates can be created individually for each department.

Ability to leave comments on uploaded files

From now on, you can leave comments on uploaded files in the system. With the help of this functionality, you will no longer need to view the files additionally. The comments will inform you about the information of the uploaded file.

Display overpaid invoices payments

Hanna has added another improvement – that allows you to monitor the overpayment received. The system will calculate the overpaid amounts for you and display them in the general list of payments.
