Hanna system has been updated with new functions: ability to create support tickets from a specific sender, goals tracking based on the number of potential customers and automatic assignment of information to leads – Agree to receive newsletters.
Creating support tickets based on a specific sender
The support settings have been supplemented with new functionality – ability to create support tickets based on specific sender. This new function allows to create tickets based on a specific e-mail or e-mail domain. Support tickets will be created in the system only from specified e-mail information.
New goals tracking option – Increase lead number
The Goals module has been improved with a new goal – Increase lead number. Track the created leads and the system will count them for you!
Automatic information assignment to leads – Agree to receive newsletters
Hanna has added a new function – automatic information assignment to lead. From now on, leads automatically created in the system will be assigned the MailerLite label – Accepts to receive newsletters.
