Version update: documents approval and signing functionality, the ability to automatically send an e-mail to not system users about the created task, a new dashboard widget – Calls and setting about the mandatory reason for the call.

Hanna system has been updated with new functions: documents approval and signing functionality, the ability to automatically send an e-mail to not system users about the created task, a new dashboard widget – Calls and setting about the mandatory reason for the call.

Documents signing and approval functionality

The Documents module has been updated with signing and approval functionalities. With the help of these functionalities, you can sign the created records in the system. Sign documents directly in the system or send an invitation to sign by e-mail to customers and employees. You can also approve the documents. If the document needs to be approved by several people you can enable assert consistently, which will allow the document to be approved sequentially based on the list of specified staff members list.

E-mail to not system users about the created task

Hanna has added a new function – enable notifications about the created task for Not system users. E-mail message indicates information about the created task: title, description, completion date, priority and who created the task.

A new dashboard widget – Calls and setting about the mandatory reason for the call

The dashboard has been added a new widget – Calls. In the widget you can observe yours and colleagues of yours received, missed and completed calls, as well from the widget you can create new records and leave comments. Also, we have added new settings that allow to set mandatory reason for the call. With the help of this function, you can more easily filter incoming calls of various types.
